How ordering, pricing, delivery and export work at a 34-brand two-wheeler spare parts distributor based in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
- Is there a minimum order quantity for retailers or workshops?
- No. There is no minimum order barrier. Whether you need one part or a full counter stock-up, the order is accepted, picked and dispatched the same way.
- How are rates and credit terms decided?
- Rate and credit are inversely proportionate: the shorter the credit period, the better the rate. Customers who buy on shorter terms receive the sharpest pricing; longer credit is available at a correspondingly higher rate.
- How fast is delivery within Nagpur?
- Same day. Orders placed within Nagpur city are delivered the same day through our own dispatch and field team.
- What is the cut-off for same-day dispatch?
- Orders confirmed before 6 pm are dispatched the same day. Orders after 6 pm go out first thing the next working day.
- How can I check that a part is genuine?
- Scan the barcode or QR code printed on the product packaging. Every brand we distribute prints a manufacturer code that verifies the part's authenticity. We source only from the manufacturer or its authorised channel, so every part we ship carries it.
- What is the return policy?
- Parts are not returnable. Our team verifies part numbers against your order before dispatch, and we are happy to help you identify the correct part number before you order.
- Are any of your brands exclusive?
- The two-wheeler aftermarket has no exclusivity. What sets a distributor apart is the range of brands under one roof and the speed of service. We carry the brands that move at the counter and dispatch the same day.
- How do I become a customer?
- Contact our sales team through the details on the Contact page, by phone, WhatsApp or email. We will set up supply, share the current range and schedule your first visit from a field executive.
- Do you export, and how does an importer get started?
- Yes. Importers and distributors overseas send us a part list in any format. We verify availability, quote with packing and delivery terms, and handle export packing, documentation and shipment coordination through to the destination port.
- What are your working hours?
- We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 8 pm. Orders confirmed before 6 pm are dispatched the same day. Sunday is closed.
- Which areas do you serve?
- We are based in Nagpur and distribute across Maharashtra and neighbouring states in Central India. The same range is exported to importers in South Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South East Asia.
